Tom Conboy Named Vice-President at Winning Technologies

 Winning Technologies, a nationwide information technology consulting firm with headquarters in O’Fallon (St. Louis) MO., announced Tom Conboy has joined the firm as Vice-President of Sales and Product Development. The firm also announced Conboy has become a partner in Lingo, LLC, the telecommunications products and services division of Winning Technologies.
Conboy has been a business owner, sales manager, and sales person in the technology arena. He is one of the co-founders of Megapath Networks/Phoenix Networks where he served as Vice-President of Sales. Conboy has also served in management positions with XO Communications, NuVox Communications, and most recently with Covad Communications.
