What is included with the Winning Technologies IT Audit?

The Winning Technologies IT audit is designed to determine the current state and configuration of your installed technology resources. The Audit will become the owner's manual for your current system, and provide a basis for identifying weaknesses and deficiencies in your current technology deployment. The Technology audit will then become the basis for putting together a move forward IT strategy, with a 3 to 5 year outlook, budget guidelines, and a overview of the Industry Best Practices in comparison.

About the Auditor
Scott Lewis has more than 27 years of technology experience, Scott spent 10 years at General Electric studying the Jack Welsh management programs and developing a proven methodology of how to apply a business strategy to a technology strategy in order to increase your return on investment,
investing in relevant technologies, streamlining work processes while proactively managing a technology budget. Scott also worked for IBM and has served as the CIO for a $600 million dollar General Contractor, a $300 million dollar general contractor and is uniquely qualified in the needs of construction related companies.
